Event & Conference Capture

Event and conference work is where fast turnarounds and dependable craft matter most. These are projects where I was trusted to move quickly on-site, sometimes with a same-day or 24-hour deadline, and still deliver content that holds up.

Premji Invest Summit

Photo Coverage + Event Recap Video

The ask: Full coverage of Premji Invest's 2026 summit. They needed both photo coverage of speakers and a recap video that could be shared afterward.

What I delivered: On-site photo and video coverage. 2 edited videos: a full event recap video and a social optimized vertical edit to promote next years event. Plus over 300 edited photos.

Why it worked: One vendor covering both formats meant a consistent visual story across everything the team used afterward.

The Information - TITV

On-site Podcast Production + Rapid-turnaround Social Content

The ask: On-site video production for The Information's event, filming podcasts with the outlet's leadership and high-level attendees, including executives from companies like Microsoft, with same-day turnaround.

What I delivered: Full on-site podcast filming for 5 different interviews, plus social clip creation, all turned around within 24 hours of shooting.

Why it worked: Conferences are content gold mines and outlets like The Information thrive on fast turnarounds. Powur World Conference

3 years of Recap Videos + Personal Social Content for Attendees

The ask: Powur needed a recap video for their annual conference, three years running, plus a way to give attendees content of their own to share, broadening their reach through network marketing effects.

What I delivered: A full conference recap video each year, plus on-the-ground social content filmed with individual, high-performing sales reps for their own personal use.

Why it worked: A multi-year relationship meant the production got smoother and more efficient each year. This allowed us to add on the attendee-focused social content, which provided a personal touch that extended the event's reach organically.
